We have been developing and manufacturing high-quality materials for insulation, sealing and soft dedding since our company was established in 1966. Initially focussing on the manufacture of open cell rubber materials, we began to expand the ZEMO product range in the early 1970s to include the production of closed cell rubber. Production of custom-made parts of PU-sheets with cell structure followed in the mid-1980s. Our products are used in a wide variety of sectors and reliably fulfil the functions for which they are intended. Today closed cell rubber and open cell rubber sheets still remain our main area of focus. We also stock and custom-make parts of PU-sheets with cell structure. At our headquarters in Hörstel, North Rhine-Westphalia, we continually develop as a company and can legitimately describe ourselves as one of the leading manufacturers of open cell rubber and closed cell rubber sheets in Germany.

From the development of raw compounds to custom-made parts of sheets, we implement and monitor all stages of production from our location in Hörstel - all from one single source. Combined with the fact that as a medium-sized family company we have a flat hierarchy, short decision-making processes and close collaboration with customers, this means that we are an efficient and flexible partner. We continually review our entire product range to ensure it remains up to date and competitive. And if the need arises, we carry out the relevant modifications and enhancements.
